The JVC KD-AVX77 is the perfect head end as a replacement for the stock radio in your 8 series.
I hoped to maybe find a good used one as that was all I’d see so far…
After watching out for them on E-Bay (for years I might add) I lucked up and found 10 brand new ones on sale for almost half price! These head ends have been priced as high as $598!
It took 30 minutes and $55 to get it done right :-D
